Managing your transaction after Escrow is opened is a time-consuming and costly process when carried out by agents.  Studies have shown that when an agent is the one doing this work, it takes them an average of 12 hours!  Assuming that you believe your time is better spent working with clients, this is activity that you’ll want to offload immediately.

As a Transaction Manager, I have coordinated hundreds of files for many agents, and am the Transaction Coordinator Instructor for REVA Academy.  By keeping all files “in the cloud” we are able to completely streamline the transaction process for you and your clients.  Programs such as Dropbox*, DocuSign, and Paperless Pipeline are used to make life easier for all, and if you don’t yet have a Broker’s Checklist of the necessary disclosures we will create one for you.

This package is for the hands-off broker that simply wants to pass off the client’s file as soon as Escrow is ready to be opened.  When utilizing our Transaction Management Services this way, you are freed up for working with many more clients and keeping that pipeline filled.  This full service package includes:

  • Opening Escrow
  • Preparation of disclosure package
  • Obtaining all signatures via DocuSign
  • Deadline tracking & staying on course
  • Schedule all appointments
  • Order all reports
  • Work directly with client when needed
  • Tracking the loan process
  • Coordinating removal of all contingencies
  • Full audit of file at close
  • Digital file sent to agent/broker at close for payment

$400 per file + $200 if dual agency

Mid-Range PackageTransaction File Coordination

This package is for the more hands-on agent who works with their client every step of the way.  You enjoy knowing the details of the file, you schedule the appointments and track the loan process.  When your client needs to know the status of the transaction, you are the one providing this vital information.  This organization package includes:

  • Preparation of disclosure package
  • Obtaining all signatures via DocuSign
  • Organizing & Maintaining the file “in the cloud”
  • Full audit of file at close
  • Digital file sent to agent/broker at close for payment

$300 + $150 if dual agency

There is a one-time setup fee of $75 to $150 if you or your broker do not provide a checklist of all necessary disclosures.
