What makes someone choose YOU?
Whether you’re a Realtor, a coach or a VA, do you know what it is that causes a potential client to contact you instead of the next person?
If you don’t know, you need to. Ask your current clients why they chose to work with you. It’s certainly not because you are the only one in your profession – the internet is filled with thousands of people who do what we do, maybe even some who do it better.
So why did they choose you?
I have a pretty good idea of why people choose me:
- I’m different – My business name is fun and it stands out. That’s why they contact me.
- I’m client oriented – From our first conversation, clients know that I’m continually looking out for their best interest, and that I’m passionate about their work just as much as they are. That’s why they sign a contract
- I deliver – I’ve never claimed to be a real estate guru or a business genius, but I will do exactly what I’ve told you I can: Market your listings, manage your transactions, release you from business burdens, and I do it consistently. That’s why they stay.
